How can I order from you?
Simply add the desired product to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. We currently offer PayPal as a secure payment method.
Can I change or cancel my order later?
As long as your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can change or cancel it. To do so, simply contact us quickly via email. shainykowfo@gmail.com.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you will receive an email with all the details immediately after your order.
How long does the delivery take?
The delivery time is usually 7–15 working days – depending on the destination.
Can I return an item?
Yes, you can return products within 14 days after receipt Return them if they are unused. Please send us a short email beforehand.
